Actually I did talk to two local Portland intellectual property lawyers... My only protection against Dobbs was to "file a patent on a dunk technique"... No one has ever tried this, but apparently it is possible. It is also very expensive. Patents are your only line of defense - laugh all you want, it's the facts and true.

Kenny Dobbs' social media manager (whom lives near Seattle called me one day and told me the entire story)... Kenny admitted to him that he took my idea and that "because it's not trademarked, because it's not patented" he can do whatever he wants. Myself and professional dunker Jordan Kilganon are friends - he's going to do my idea next.

I know you don't care, but when you see TNT's "The Dunk" on May 29th, during the NBA FINALS you will see that I am telling the truth. No one is supposed to know the outcome - I know because Jordan Kilganon was there and Jame Robinson, Dobb's social media guy informed me. Dobbs loses to some short guy, I am told he is a "midget"... Shaquille O'Neal hosts the show and hates Dobbs - thus he didn't vote for him. You can read my article on my website on how I invented this and see screen caps of me and Dobbs exchange. It's a big deal to me because I busted my ass on that idea and now MILLIONS of people will see it live on television and online. THEN END.
