- The link I posted above SHOWS a guy in Terrace following the noise to some dick on a grader dragging his blade on pavement in a skate park. Mystery solved.ETM
- With the small town, in the mountains and it being early morning, the sound carried like mad. The city did say it was a grader too. Occam's razor.ETM
