If you're sticking all your content in the one standard content editor field, then add a second custom field. Original field for English, custom field for Spanish.
Then edit your theme so that both sets of content are loaded. Wrap them in containers, and hide one. Use a javascript to make a toggle on the page to switch which one is visible and which isn't.
You can go even further by using cookies to remember which language someone has selected, or even do some IP region detection to set the correct option on first visit.
