    • so it seems nice, but the problem will be they'll just charge more and more for smaller and smaller. I guess there's no choice in NY and SF,formed
    • so it is 1/2 the cost of a studio, but 1/3 the size and judging by these pics, it'll cost as much as a 2 bedroom, at leastformed
    • smart move on the developers side - less land needed, more controlled construction (prefab?) and super, super high $/sf.formed
