some trolls are so obvious who they are, I scratch my head wondering how come you guys don't see it too,
@cbass99, how do you intend to make this work?
best solution for transparency:
• make I.P. public (but this will never happen because some users that pretend to be the biggest troll hunters are trolls themselves)
• put the name of the users that up/downvote next to their votes (that will shutdown the numerous account cheat, )
• put the country from where the post originated ( easy to implement)
• kill downvotes (so only upvoted comments are more visible)

- yayhooray put all names associated with an ip in that persons profile. it marginally worked because at one time i worked with 3 other yh members. all of ourkona
- usernames were tied to one another. and, it made for sensitive office posts "the walnut next to me smells so bad today" all but impossible. hence, alternate idskona
