look at it this way,
isis sells it's stolen oil through turkey,
isis fighters get treated in turkey,
isis fighter pass are free to pass through turkey and israel,
turkey is arming the syrian rebels,
turkey is combatting isis,
turkey is combating the kurds,
isis is combating the kurds,
russia is combating isis,
syria is combating isis,so it makes senses to down one of their plane while it passes over a 5km wide part of turkey
