Wordpress or Squarespace?

    Squarespace you don't need a developer for, just a bit of time set aside to sit there and swear at the shitty interface.

    SS is also shit for image linking, breaking the web as it does. Perhaps you don't care.

    Wordpress, as much as it irks me, is comprehensive and has oodles of options and support and.. isn't necessarily some overpriced subscription pice of shit, like squarespace.

    if you just want a generic site with no frills or complications, go SS

    • Site is already done. Just need someone to build it for me :(nylon
    • Oh, then Wordpress, unless your design closely matches an already existing SS template.detritus

    • You can completely customise SS tooset
    • I for one much prefer the SS interface, and once it's built it's far easier for non techy people to go in and update.set
