Deliver $5k estimate to client. Client thinks everything looks good. Has question about $250.00 art budget (for stock photos, type, illustrations, etc). If I spend less than $250, will it come off the final invoice?
Client is dickering over a hypothetical portion of $250 on a $5k project.
Now I plan on spending $249 of the alloted $250, just so I can give the client $1 back.
