Being me, actual position compromised because of a paternity leave. (4/5)

Being at this position for more than 5 years +15 years of experience.
Never had a complain about my work.( actually, the exact opposite)
Always keeping up with the tight deadlines.(even since the 4/5)

New position smell like sweetened bullshit to keep you satisfied and stay.

The only good thing is, this new position can make me learn new things with far more job opportunities in the end.
Still, it's a down grade. (that could eventually turn to an upgrade later)

    Would you leave or stay.
