Informative article.Here's another question. The police ruled this out as a terrorist attack. And I suppose it's not a politically-motivated attack, and perhaps therefore not terrorism. But isn't there something necessarily terroristic about killing people on a live broadcast? and also about posting vids you took yourself of the same killing and putting them on social media?
