I'm leaning conservative, don't like Mulcair's socialist perspective at all and I have no faith that Trudeau would actually legalize marijuana so sticking with the status quo
- I don't love Mulcair or Trudeau, either, but daaaamn that's no reason to vote Conservative! :)nb

- How about Greens? They really are the best party. It's too bad people are so polarized in Canada. We need some centrists in the house.nb
- the reason why most conservative govts gain power - voter apathy.fadein11
- I lived through an NDP provincial government in Ontario and that was an incredible disaster, how will Mulcair be different than Bob Ray?spot13
- None of the parties will give me a tax break anyway because I don't have kids and I'm not a senior so what would Lib / NDP offer me over the Conservatives?spot13
- The Bob Rae Ontario govt was doomed from the start. Heres a good read about how that fiery disaster played out...Al_dizzle

- I know what you're saying though, I don't really see the libs as an alternative to the cons. And my Green or NDP vote is just a throw away.Al_dizzle
- Another reason Conservative governments get into power - "what will they offer me"fadein11
- I feel I pay enough tax. When I think of the options, I believe I will pay more of my money in taxes to an NDP or Lib governmentspot13
- If you don't pay a lot of income tax, have a bunch of kids or rely on social services, than I understand why you would vote NDP or Lib - that's your rightspot13
- I see your point, however, the Conservative economic strategy is about to cost Canadians tons of jobs and reduced salaries across the country.nb
- You might end up with a lot less money under Harper's Conservative management.nb
- Also, I'd point out that investing in child care & education is worthy of your taxes. Those kids are going to be adults soon & you're going to have to share...nb
- ... the country with them! You don't want a nation of assholes/idiots! :)nb
- too late.yurimon
- Federal and provincial parties differ quite a bit, and it's been 30 years since Bob Rae. That's why you should expect something different from Mulcair.i_monk
- nb & i_monk, I respect your view and I haven't made up my mind yet, but so far I haven't seen anything that has swayed my view point to Mulcairspot13
- My two biggest election issues are reducing my taxes and making weed legal - if any party presents a real plan on either I will vote for them - that's mespot13
- 'the minute we form government" - Mulcair http://www.cbc.ca/ne…nb
- well that just might sway my vote - thanks for sharingspot13
