    My cousin seems intent on voting for the HarperCons no matter what. She and her family moved from the suburbs to a small town in the middle of farm country, and her politics changed noticeably. Now she blames selfish and lazy children on "the government handing you everything on a silver platter". Since when does the government raise kids? You did that. I once saw you cook multiple different meals for your daughter when she didn't want one after the other.

    Also, we're apparently on the verge of a Muslim takeover.

    • I also personally know Canadians who are VERY upset that "They are taking away our flag", regarding the Confederate flag. I don't know who "they" are, but WTF.nb

    • Selective conservativism. Someone's on welfare? They're lazy! Corporations receive massive subsidies and abuse tax loopholes and such? Oh well...i_monk
