Ran a red light on the way to work today. I knew I was at fault. Cop educated me and then said I seem like a nice guy and my last violation was in 1995...so he let me go. Nice cop!

    • did he ask you for your license?yurimon
    • duh, obviously. I prob would have been dragged out of the car...posted on youtubeyurimon
    • why's that, yurimon?monospaced
    • I wont give my license n reserve my rights against self incrimination.yurimon
    • don't they have speed reader thingies that do all the incriminating?scarabin
    • when you give a license your rights end. you give complete jurisdiction.
I had to give last one cause no camera phone and no one was around he was ready to
      yurimon
    • pounce me, no recording no proof they take their side. went to the law library n beat it in court. https://www.youtube.…yurimon
    • his radio show was big help in mind set n law. followed his idea with my own circumstance.yurimon
    • took 2 times to show up they put me with the head judge who only handles lawyers. I was the only one who won. they put me last too. stumped the judge.yurimon
    • cop was wtf is going on? longer story. more details then I can cover but it verified how much its bullshit.yurimon
    • years of study paid off a bit.yurimon
    • but you were speeding.scarabin
    • or running a red light or whateverscarabin
    • we are doomed... thanks for the reinforcement of this.yurimon
    • Sometimes they ask for your license and registration as they are required to be driving a vehicle. Were they asking for yours for a different reason, yuri?monospaced
    • did you or did you not break the law? i'm just curious.scarabin
    • Nope. the law was written for regulation of commercial activity and I was not engaged in commerce. no injured parties. I was engaged in a right.yurimon
    • what was the charge against you?scarabin
    • driving laws don't only apply to commercial activity... c'monmonospaced
    • give him a couple hours.... he has to watch that video he just postedscarabin
    • red light. cop was cool in his own way. he was curious n yet suprised my legal maneuvering but it came down to audience, witnesses. we both realized no one wasyurimon
    • around at the same time. telepathic lol.yurimon
    • telepathic lolmonospaced
    • wow, that's crafty, weaseling out of being punished for breaking a law using a loophole. good job.scarabin
    • I dont think you get it. They are miss using the system for revenue generation. they created n are getting away with it based on the stupidity of the public.yurimon
    • what they are doing is superimposing something intended for a different purpose by law. and illegal by the constitution. they are skimming the law.yurimon
    • listen to that guy in the link above. hes on point, see if you can understand.yurimon
    • i get it. something something yuri is above the law. it's cool man, nice work.scarabin
    • no dude you dont get it. its not about me. the nature of the law, its intent and how the system is being subverted not legal mind you.yurimon
    • so i can run red lights as long as i'm not doing it for work (commerce)?scarabin
    • imagine if you had a mansion and your servants, security guards, and accountants kicked you out and made you live in the garage. its only legal if you let them.yurimon
    • so if i say "i do not consent to receiving a ticket for running that red light" they have to let me go? when can i run red lights?scarabin
    • its up to you to judge your situation but I only do because I'm bit more confident in understanding the law n its basis in this country.yurimon
    • but im ready to get pounced for it, but its important to have proof. they really set up a system to deprive you of rights and assert their authority when youyurimon
    • are the real authority.yurimon
    • but i could tell you dont understand by your tone. I studied alot and had to go through the junk stuff till I made sense of it. its simple really once you seeyurimon
    • the truth of the matter, yurimon
    • it really is a path for truth.yurimon
    • no i see it, man. as long as i'm confident and see the truth like you, running a red light is no problem. i got this. gonna try it today.scarabin
    • I like watching those YouTube vids of people refusing to show ID too. But if you get pulled over for running a red, it's a different story.monospaced
    • It's not a random request, it's one made by the officer based on an observation and an infraction. Only in cases where someone did nothing can you refusemonospaced
    • please ignore me, I don't even know why I'm writing here.monospaced
    • lol, yeah sure you do. this is bigger then me. but I do realize from this that people really dont appreciate what was created and given to use. how else do youyurimon
    • explain the contempt for this knowledge?yurimon
    • http://s2.quickmeme.…scarabin
    • contempt? this is gold. i've been trying to weasel how to run red lights out of you all afternoon but you're just not giving it upscarabin
    • btw i'm just fucking with you, man. glad you got out of it. fuck the poposscarabin
    • https://www.youtube.…scarabin
    • i gave you the link. lolyurimon
