C4D Object invisible in viewport/not in render

    LOL I made an account just to answer this, so I hope I can help.

    From your object list it seems that all the objects that are invisible are primitive 'generators' objects. The ones you can actually see in the view port are polygon objects.

    Try in the view port were it has drop downs 'View Cameras Display Options Filter Panel' clicking Filter and making sure 'Generators' is checked ON.

    There are many different ways to hide geometry in C4D but as your offending objects are all generator objects and not attached to any layers, this is my best guess.

    • The export to OBJ function converts all generator / primitive objects to polygon ones as they aren't supported in obj. That's why on re-import you can see them.graphiconions
