    I really think Hamburg is the city to visit. It's got the largest harbor in Europe directly on the Elbe and delicious Bismarckhering brötchen. When the shipments of coffee come into the city, you can smell it all the way till Altona. You can get a real German experience there, much more than in Berlin.
