No consideration for the petacide of anaerobic bacteria by aerobic cyanobacteria, creating the atmospheric oxygen we so know and love today?
No criticism for the quadrillions of shelled sea creatures whose shells now pollute whole kilometres of rock strata with their shells?
What about the littering across the Earth of polluting coal seams created by the death of a quarter billion years worth of lignin-creating trees and shrubs?
