reasons why comment votes should be hidden or at least pute somewhere less prevelant :
- its ugly
- troll wars
- down vote spam
- personal grudges
- creates lazy users who don't read the comment because of down votes
- creates lazy users who don't contribute just up/down vote comments
- encourages pack mentality
- everything that is wrong with reddit
- adds nothing to the site's functionality.in regards to the last point... votes and comments obviously drive the feed but we don't need to see the number in bold right next to the comment.
