This month was a whirlwind of girl trouble, over work, loneliness, depression, etc.
A week ago I focused on just getting good sleep for a night. Took a tiny bit of melatonin and slept like a baby. Felt 100x better the next morning. I've just been tending to my basic needs: good and plentiful food, lots of water, good sleep, clean shelter. Instead of girls & dating, work, etc. I feel better about my life!
