- ok, let me phrase this differently. there are always a certain number of people who are breaking traffic laws whether you are enforcing those laws or not. sooo,gilgamush

- i.e. I kept getting tickets parking in front of my house that were incorrectly issued -- fought each one and won. Same guy issued them each time...Gnash
