'Agenda 21 propaganda' — basically what fearful and ignorant people who live in Bumfucksville, Nowhere, who've never left their state, who have fuck all idea about the world beyond their white picket fence — believe about a common sense reaction to "Holy Shit, we've added how many Billion extra humans to the planet in the past five decades?!
