Really good fun. I get paid less than I could elsewhere but I spend less than I earn so what difference does it make?
It's very laid back... We're all friends, head to the pub a few times a week, have a wii downstairs for lunchtime tournaments and a big screen up on the wall to chromecast youtube to all day. The work is good but not always the most inspiring, but still engaging.
Perfect balance for me, definitely feel very fortunate. Though it took a while and a lot of shit jobs to get to.
