They suggested I start at 18mg and it was waaaay too much. I then was at 12mg but I've throttled down to about 6mg but there's only 1 flavor that I can stomach, beyonevape caramel chocolate smoke. I tried a chocolate coffee but I couldn't hang with the rich flavor. I'm one of those who needs an earthy flavor that is similar to tobacco. The fruity flavors are just not for me at the moment but who knows.
I am shocked that after 15+ years of smoking I just can't even touch one - in total it's been 11 days thus far. When I tried and I felt the badness hitting my body I had to put it out after 1 drag, I just tasted all the disgusting chemicals (American Spirit Regular). I see people smoking and I simply have no desire to indulge, I was also at a party drinking with smokers and we were all hanging out and I had no desire to take a drag - NONE.
BuddhaHat - what nicotine level was the Royal Blend you described? Sounds good...
