If you are talking about the sovereignty of individuals then you are talking about self responsibility and taking care of your own business with minimal government interaction as long as you don't violate anyone's rights. This form of anarchy is designed so you can prosper and be free without vampires on your neck sucking on your sustenance while beating you down, feeling your balls at the same time. You are an enlightened being full of knowledgeable, with righteous action and providence on your side. in this form of society people have their acts together.
However, what you have Now is a society that is socially engineered out your ignorance, arrogance, complacency, apathy, solipsism, cognitive dissidence and successful indoctrination of your mind.... basically your purpose is to feed the system of your scientifically socially engineered enslavement. you're purpose as a cog is to feed an upper class who are psychopathic, ruthless and give no fucks to anyone. Most of your activities consist of distraction. You are given just enough crumbs, provided just enough distractions so you dont completely rebel. Your ego is fed so you think your free and you are great, but your purpose is that of a cow or sheep sheered and milked for sustenance.
