    last few weeks .. I've been interviewing a lot of potential new hires..

    i've seen plenty of resumes/ CVs and the type that gets thrown in the trash are those with graphics/ illustrations/ pics/ and or quotes from other people.

    [this is for you pink] please keep your resume on plain white paper..
    do not make anything in color.. otherwise its directly thrown in the trash.. oi

    or do what you do.. carry on..
