Really bummed out with Nubook at the moment.
I had CC fraud hit my Chase debit card around November and had to replace my card. I had been using Nubook and paying $10 per month for a few years now. I use to it to help my father with his Oil on Canvas art, since my new card was sent the account was suspended because old number didn't work obviously. I have been trying to email customer service over and over, again and again and I get no reply! I even sent JSK a direct email about it and still nothing. Is there anyone at the wheel over there???
I really need to get the site up and running again.
