find lots of portfolio sites like b e han ce and add a portfolio of your best work. write good descriptions and link your profile to your site
next hit all of the UI review sites and post your designs with links for review
design some freebies and put them on your site . then promote them to the free psd sites asking people to link to your page to download (not straight to the file)
build some freebie blog themes and add a footer link back to your site
find design communities like this and add your site for review
look at sites like awwwards and add your site for review
keep doing this and more to get traffic from organic SEO - or hire an SEO to do it for you...
