    @ dasohr: Because Google is right in front of them. I'm 30 feet away and not looking at their screen. Half the time I would have no idea how to fix their problem anyway. I end up having to do a Google search FOR them. They could just search themselves, but they lug their fucking laptop all the way across the room and plop it on my desk. It's just stupid.
