People often come over to my desk with their laptops asking me how to do something menial task in some program. Have you ever heard of fucking Google? Just Google that shit and find the answer in 2 seconds instead of carrying your laptop to my desk and interrupting me.
It's fascinating (and inefficient) how some people's first instinct is to ask a human to troubleshoot something. I would instinctively jump on Google if I had a question, especially computer related. It must have something to do with computer literacy, or not realizing the power of the internet/Google... ?
