  fuckin dummies, using loud ass low flying drones with 5-15 minute battery life.

  back when I lived in CuIiacan, I wrote a screenplay for a drug trafficking flick where a dude working for the sinaIoa carteI uses "Japan's Secret WWII Weapon: Balloon Bombs" technique , using a beacon for tracking and recovery, and a remote device to have the balloon drop over the desired area where stateside cartel wait for the packages
