I threw a big holiday party in December, and as usual there were stragglers at 3:30am who simply didn't want to leave. A young woman hijacked our Spotify and put on some music and left, and my girlfriend and I sat listening for an hour it was so good and nothing we had heard before. It turned out to be a band called The Brian Jonestown Massacre. Wow. Pretty much rekindled my faith in the idea that there's still some really great music out there.
