  Duet Display app... I like it.
  But I think it's only practical to keep hold all your palettes.

  Caveats:
  MBPro and iPad must be on same wifi. (I'm not sure if this would work in places like Starbucks though)
  Lagging screen when trying to drag items on iPad. Works adequately when simply clicking on palettes items.
  My MBP 13" is not Retina, but my iPad is. So it would be much better if they both were Retina.
