But the general rules are:
- Eat properly
- Have normal sleeping hours
- Exercise (simple routine each day or a little run)
- Quit smoking and cut down drinking (a lot)
- Subtract negative people and things from your life
- Make time for friends and make plans to go out
- Get a dog- As for work? just remind yourself, each project does not last that long. On to the next!sem
