In the scenario you're describing: you're the aggressive driver. You should have acted after him. He was in position, and likely made his decision about what to do (safely) long before you sped up on the scene. Until you realize that you'll always think it's the other guy's fault. I'm sure that comment will piss you off even more.
We're driving around giant weapons that weigh a ton or more. Some people are responsible with them, some aren't. Be safe :)
