  I quit smoking about 8 years ago. But I started pretty early.
  It's a nasty habit and once you made it a few days without smoking then its not as hard as people think. Takes some will power specially when drinking at a bar. I think it's all mental to be honest.

  Just don't take a single drag ever again, or you will fall again.
