I'm 95% percent that is handrawn. I met a guy who used to work for vans and he was the guy that hired the creatives. Always hired the exact same designer for work like this. Once this guy left vans and started his own company he called the exact same guy to draw the logo for his new company. Was once in the same room as the guy who drew that without knowing until the vans' guys told me once he had left. The vans' guys also once showed me his portfolio and every he did was exactly like that lettering. I am 90% sure that Luke Meier lettering was in his portfolio.
I just can't remember his name or site.
