it's starting to get a little out of hand.
every week they canadian authoritiesbust simular operations though not this large, but never hand out any serious jail time.
For the first two offences it's usualy a slap on the wrist, then with the third you may get a year or so in jail.
the benifits outweigh the risks, thus this huge 30,000 plant operation. When the police arrested the suspects, they put up no resistance because they know they will be out in no time to re-start another operation.
legalise it already damn it!
