This is judges statement in sentencing for above story:
https://www.countycourt.vic.gov.…"6 The jury rejected your claims of self-defence and lawful removal of a trespasser, and in my opinion Mr Koka did not pose a threat to you or the other security guards. I do not accept that he made threats to assault you or the other security guards. Your use of excessive force was unjustified, and, rather than behaving in a manner that would calm the situation, you and other security guards overreacted to Mr Koka’s questions."
