fadein11 .. you need a whats called a ground loop isolator.. they are usually designed for car stereos by they work perfectly fine for normal studio stuff.. basically you stick it between your soundcard output and your monitors..
i also have one between my imac and my mixer, just to make sure.
it doesnt remove the buzz completely, but it removes it enough that you dont hear it unless you have the volume at full blast.
i got mine off ebay for like $10..
