If you know how to secure your rights, they will act to violate your rights. If you have it on film. You can sue since they had no jurisdiction to act anyway. few good lawsuits and they should stop. Problem is people dont know law and see its as a cost, time, hassle to deal with courts. if they make cheap enough for you pay not expensive enough for you to fight.
