fucking exhausted. didn't get any sleep. got up at 4:30 to make coffee. it's only 9:30 now. this is not good for me. i'm tired. mentally unfocused. emotionally drained. i'm getting really depressed. i think at least, 'cause i can't seem to snap out of it... same shit. every. fucking. day.
