I want ALL news and information web sites to show a tiny video icon beside links that take you to a video article. I don't want to watch a three minute video about anything, unless it is video directly of the event and only that. I would always prefer to read an article. Reading is faster. Video sucks. Video takes more time to get less information.
It's amazing that power that photography and video have to convey information and yet news sites most often reduce this to a talking head saying, "New developments today in the situation in....blah blah".
