- nbwell, it's common sense to include the demographic and economic aspects of the situation into a careful analysis of a conflict. because perhaps military and policital aspects cannot explain the whole mess on their own, because maybe these are only the consequences of underlying issues. you know things like the age structure thing lowimpakt posted, thats demographics, like the horrible living conditions eoin pointed out, thats economics.
and since you got your mind blown by the age structure of gaza's population it seems relevant to provide the direct empirical reason for that statistic. maybe it's only relevant when you care about causality. as you were.
