Yuri, enough with the medication excuse.
MEDICATION:
• 95% of the time treats an illness effectively.
• 4.99999999999999999% of the time treats an illness effectively, but will give the patient some undesirable side effects.
• 0.00000000000000001% of the time gives the patient undesirable side effects enough to want to shoot someone.GUNS:
• 100% of the time used to shoot someone.The numbers above are obviously not accurate, but I'm trying to get a point across to you. Lots of people rely on medication, and there's no way to monitor the behavior of medicated person in the country 24 hours a day.
