Reading some comparison reviews would serve you better than asking here (my guess). Image size and lenses are going to be your biggest concerns.
I've though about ditching my D800 for something smaller, but tough thinking of giving up all those pixels (the Sony A7r looks pretty sweet, but the lenses are going to weigh close to what the Nikkors do).
Fuji's line is pretty nice, though. I'd go for the XT-1, personally.
