  Sorry, I do think video games play a part. Kids sitting around all day shooting people, realistically, not socializing, not interacting with other humans. That's a problem, one way or another.

  Introduce someone that is socially awkward to start with or has some imbalance and it will just compound - isolating someone from the real world is not a good thing, long term. Isolating them and giving them "people" to shoot is even worse.
  I fail to see how someone can argue that has no impact on society.

  Obviously that is a small piece, but a piece nonetheless.
