The guy was clearly delusional and living in his own deluded, solitary world. The fact he was also able to access a firearm is disturbing.
So tired of the 'guns are not the problem' argument. Forgotten is the fact that in most countries where firearms are difficult to come by, you need to commit a crime just to obtain a gun, and as weird as that sounds, many just aren't willing or equipped to do that.
Of course it doesn't stop all those that have a single minded determination to get a gun and kill people, but it stops a lot.
Thank fuck I can send my kids to school here and not fear they're going to be killed by some out of control kid with a gun.
