She would normally get sued for this, and still might, though it won't make a difference.
NBA has a morality clause in their contracts, that's what got him banned.
She's being sued by his "estranged" wife. I wouldn't doubt she has to pay some fines, too. Apparently she has hours of recordings, so obviously planned this for a long time.
He's an old thug, for sure, but I think most will lean towards Trump's assessment that this chick is just a cancer.
In today's age, if you are a person with power and influence, you better be a saint (or really lucky), or you'll get caught in a scandal. Public opinion holds more power than many laws (which he did NOT break, so legally, as far as "America" is concern, he's just an old bitter bigot, no different than some bible thumping thug in the woods of Alabama)
