Obviously, he'll change his personality a little. Colbert has been living as a fake version of himself for nine years. He's a professional. He'll be great. The network isn't taking any risks. Their target market 30-49 loves Colbert no matter what he does. Over the years, Colbert will become less and less funny, but his audience will grow old with him. At some point, in 10-15 years he'll be replaced by someone that the 30-49 year-olds of that time think is fresh and hip.

    • 10-15 years is a good rundbloc
    • I like your cynical take on thingsukit2
    • Not a cynic, just telling it like it is. They're not making art. It's just a stupid meaningless TV show. Make money while you can.nb
