^ableton. you don't know it yet you need to now. you'll be making house music very fast and intuitively, its fun to use. logic seems more like a multitrack recording software/editor, it would be good for mastering or doing a final mix down from ableton but not so much for composing, arranging and making stuff. you can always throw reason into the ableton stuff.
