I don't know Stefan very well.
We've shared a couple of emails, but that's it. That said, in every bit of correspondence, he's been gracious, friendly, and happy to lend a hand.
Plus, he's really good. That Casa da Musica identity (http://www.sagmeisterwalsh.com... is both smart and functional. Few can pull off clever design that actually works in day-to-day use, but he does.
And, I don't think I've ever heard him criticize anyone; he just keeps producing.
That said, we all have projects that work, and ones that don't. This one seems to fall into the latter category—an effort to do something playful that just seems to have been a misfire.
Nevertheless, he keeps running tests and trying new ideas. I have to admire him for that.
